Awful products. I recently bought a 2nd ‘Smok’ product for £60.00, and surprise surprise the charging lead worked once. The same happened with a previous ‘Smok’ product. I have attempted to email them, but despite receiving numerous emails from them, my email address “Doesn’t exist!!!!” Complete waste of money.
