I appreciate the warranty replacement program, and the entire process has speeded up considerably! I feel that the unit itself doesn't have a long life, even though I take good care of it. It appears there is nothing I can do to make it last for more than a few months. Is this what you see over all of your customer base?

Our family has been very happy with the ultrapure steamer. When it stopped working, the mypurmist organization was very responsive and helpful. We have a working unit again and are very satisfied with the product and company.

I have been buying my mother the cordless Mypurmist steam inhaler for a while now. They usually work great but this last one just suddenly quit working. I contacted My purist customer service, after confirming my purchase from Amazon, we were sent a brand new kit, including a new cordless purist. Very friendly and prompt service. Thanks again.

My daughter is a musical theatre performer and swears by her Mypurmist. When it no longer worked, I reached out to the company, and they replaced it for her free of charge even though it was outside of the 2-year warranty. What company does that??? Amazing customer service.
