“Pure 100% C8 so this does as it says on the tin. I have it every morning in my coffee and it provides me with very high energy and focus until I eat around 1pm. Brilliant stuff and gentle on the tummy - worth the extra cost compared to other brands that include C10 or even C12.”

“I add this to my smoothies and coffee in small doses at the moment. I love that there isn't a strong taste or smell. I think it is too early to affirm any claims made from using the oil.”

“It's the best MCT oil I've used so far, still expensive compared to others but not as crazy expensive as on Amazon and I particularly love the bottle having an easy to pour spout.”
