The order was easy to make and the package came real quick, I think even earlier then it was estimated to arrive. Started taking it 5 days ago and for now all I can say is u get used to the taste (:D) but heatlth wise, I’ve noticed I have more energy through the day thanks to upgrading my food supplements with Blue Ice Fermented Cod Liver Oil.

Excellent product, best kept in the mouth for a minute then swallowed. Since I Started taking this nine years ago I haven’t had a cold. Would recommend to everyone to take. I always think it takes at least 8 weeks for any product to take effect in the body so don’t expect miracles first week.

I have been taking Blue ice fermented cod liver oil for some time, I believe it helps ward off colds as well as a lot of other ailments and also very good for vitamin D.

This is better than I anticipated. I purchased this for myself, over 35 female. It has a syringe. So much easy to administer straight into the mouth. No smell in the fridge, no spillage. Taste extraordinary - the real cod liver oil!

Would recommend the capsule for anyone that suffers with tonsillitis as it been great for my teeth but has been to harsh/Rich for my tonsils to cope with. Apart from that would recommend it comes with a small syringe for measurements
