My husband bought me a heated vest a few years ago for hunting and fishing. It’s is seriously the best thing ever. I just bought both of my daughters one for Christmas. We love them!

Bought this for my daughter who works at an equine center and is out in the elements a lot. This week has been very cold but thanks to Ororo, she is not feeling the cold. And working is much more tolerable..

Love my vest! I already have other items from here and have batteries so it was nice having a product that you didn’t need to buy a battery as well which cut down on the price.

Here’s a clearer and more polished version of your feedback: I purchased an open-box vest, assuming the product's mechanisms had been thoroughly tested. While I love the vest's style, color, and cut, I was disappointed by the unreliable heating mechanism. The on/off button doesn’t light up, making it difficult to tell whether the heat is activated. Even when the heat is on, it’s barely noticeable, and without a functioning indicator light, it takes a long time to confirm if it’s working at all. I’m giving this vest 3 stars because it looks great, but I’ve given up on using the heating feature, which was the main reason I purchased it in the first place.

I wish I could say that I loved this. I bought this for my wife for Christmas and it was too small. tags o. it and everything. I cannot even exchange it because it was an open box sale. That's not the issue. The issue is that I even reached out for customer Service and haven't recieved a response. Instead I get an email days later asking to review the product. I know it's my fault that I ordered the wrong size, but when a customer reaches out it is good business practice to reply. I'm stuck with a medium and need a large but I can't even get an email reply back saying that I am out of luck. Too bad. I know the wife would have been a repeat customer.
