“Battery didn't work - internal components audibly and visbily loose at the site you'd normally connect it to the vest in this case. Luckily ordered 2 batteries (one worked and the other did not). Dissapointed as I was hoping to have a back up battery!”
“charger kit was not included with vest, a cable but no charging cube. After communications with customer service a new battery was sent to me which included a cube and cable. I had nothing but “warm” feelings since, thank you for your support.”
