Now for the shipping. Shipping is slow. Ororo does not give updates in a timely order. You have to make an acct with SHOP to see the tracking details. Only after a week and emailing customer service did they respond to me with tracking. Be prepared your order is not going to arrive quick.”

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m really sorry for the confusion — I understand how frustrating it can feel when the charging info isn’t clear. Our jackets no longer include a wall charger for environmental reasons, but you can use any USB-C adapter you already have at home. For the best performance, a 5V/3A charger will fully charge the battery in about 4 hours. If you need any help choosing the right charger or want us to double-check your setup, our customer service team is always happy to assist.
