“I picked up a spare battery so I could swap out over a long shift, battery ended up lasting nearly 10 hours of continuous use. I’m glad to have a spare but the battery life is spectacular.”
Hi Marcia, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our customer service team is already following up on the delivery, and we’re working to get this sorted out as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
“This battery powers my Ultralight Heated Liner Vest and after a 6-hour shift with temps in the teens, it had only consumed 25% of the charge (heat on low). I'm sold.”
