“My new vest did not come with a battery charger only a cord. (My sister-in-law came with both a charger and cord and we both received our vest as 2024 Christmas gift). After reading your instructions manual to find out what type of charger to use it states to only use a Ororo battery, charger and charging cord that came with the apparel. It also states to avoid using generic or incompatible battery chargers otherwise it will cause the battery to malfunction and Ororo is not responsible for product damage or personal safety.
So I was very disapointed that I had to order a charger and wait to use my vest. If the company is not going to sell a charger with their product they should at least give a list of compatable chargers to use with their products.”
