“I absolutely love my heated vest and wear it almost daily for my walks with my dog in Michigan. That being said, I had 2 issues which is why I gave 4 stars rather than 5. Issues: my sister and I each bought one. Hers came with a battery charger head, mine did not so I had to order one (extra expense) - I called customer service- they gave a lame excuse. 2nd issue, my sisters vest stitching came undone very soon after purchase which had to be hand repaired.”

As part of our efforts to reduce waste, we no longer include a charger, and the details of what’s included can be found in the “What’s Included” section on the product page. The item does include a USB charging cable, and you can use any compatible wall charger with a USB-A port to charge the battery. Thanks for your understanding.
