“After receiving my order, the charger was not included in the purchase. I emailed the support line and informed them of my disappointment. As a courtesy they sent me a one at no charge. That is exactly how a company should be run. Make your customer happy.”
“I have used it a couple of times and it charges the battery very quickly. I recommend it. I just wish it would have been enclosed with the vest and charging cord. Had to be bought separately. But it wasn't that expensive, so it wasn't that big of a deal.”

“sorry I have nothing to report on the charger. The gloves however are useless. The cuffs are to small to go over a jacket and to large to go under the sleeve. I will return them”
