“This is not easy to open. I don't have arthritis and I don't have baby hands. It's not horribly hard, but it shouldn't be difficult at all. Life it complicated--opening boxes shouldn't be. I fixed the problem myself by adding a cellphone finger ring--one of those things you stick on the back of your phone to hold it better. I got a cheap one that cost eight bucks on Amazon. I have to wear a mask when I leave my office, so whenever I come back I put the mask in to sanitize it. It makes me feel good to not have a potentially germy mask laying on my desk. It fits perfectly.”

That isn't why i paid $40 more from standard, we use 5 times a day. They said there is no replacement option since its out of stock and that we could only pay to ship and be without it for 2 plus weeks while their tech team tries to fix it in house. Poor service for someone that owns a Homesoap, Airsoap and this phonesoap pro. $700 spent with them and we can't get a replacement placed in queue.”
