That isn't why i paid $40 more from standard, we use 5 times a day. They said there is no replacement option since its out of stock and that we could only pay to ship and be without it for 2 plus weeks while their tech team tries to fix it in house. Poor service for someone that owns a Homesoap, Airsoap and this phonesoap pro. $700 spent with them and we can't get a replacement placed in queue.”

We were told by Jessica with customer service since they are out of stock that 1. the extra time doesn't hurt and just keep it even though we paid for a 5 minute clean OR 2. send back to them and wait 3 weeks to get back if their techs can fix it.
