That isn't why i paid $40 more from standard, we use 5 times a day. They said there is no replacement option since its out of stock and that we could only pay to ship and be without it for 2 plus weeks while their tech team tries to fix it in house. Poor service for someone that owns a Homesoap, Airsoap and this phonesoap pro. $700 spent with them and we can't get a replacement placed in queue.”

“Easy to set up and use immediately. Was confused at first about the button, as I didn't understand the top part was a button. They should have a more detailed image in the step-by-step instructions. I hope people are watching the how-to videos, as it's explained that the PhoneSoap automatically runs again, after you take your item out, to sterilize the inside. It's not sterilizing "nothing " as the other reviews suggest.”
