We were told by Jessica with customer service since they are out of stock that 1. the extra time doesn't hurt and just keep it even though we paid for a 5 minute clean OR 2. send back to them and wait 3 weeks to get back if their techs can fix it. “Easy to set up and use immediately. Was confused at first about the button, as I didn't understand the top part was a button. They should have a more detailed image in the step-by-step instructions. I hope people are watching the how-to videos, as it's explained that the PhoneSoap automatically runs again, after you take your item out, to sterilize the inside. It's not sterilizing "nothing " as the other reviews suggest.”
“Received my unit on July 22, 2020. It works great but it's difficult to open. I had to attach a piece of velcro to be able to crab the unit to open. I also think an audible tone should be added in future models to let you know it's done.”
