“Received my unit on July 22, 2020. It works great but it's difficult to open. I had to attach a piece of velcro to be able to crab the unit to open. I also think an audible tone should be added in future models to let you know it's done.”
“So far so good. The only real way to tell if this is working would be to use a ATP meter. My used one using generic brand and it had a small improvement. I would assume PhoneSoap would perform better. One surprise was that it doesn't have an "on " and "off " switch. If it remains plugged in and close it after cleaning something it runs another cycle without something in it.”
“While I do love the product and it is very fast and easy to use my only complaint is that it is hard to open. There needs to be notch or something that you can get your fingers in that makes it easier to open the lid. You have to use both hands and I have to pick up the Phone Soap Pro every time so I can manipulate it to get it open.”
“I like everything about this product except that it is hard to open. I would suggest putting a couple of rubber or some product on the tope and bottom areas of the opening lip so it isn't so slippery. my hands are arthritic and not as strong as they used to be so it is really hard to open. I have added two small pieces of the soft half of velcro to the lid and lower edge and it makes a huge difference.”
