“I had this for about 72 hours and used it on my phone, credit cards, and keys. It was great. My wife put her key ring in it and noticed the lighting bolt turn red. One of the bulbs cracked when she closed the unit on her key ring presumably. I requested a repair and they received it on June 3rd. Replies from various agents differ. Some could not even look up my order while others found it but could not tell me the status. I've been told on 06/12/2020 a replacement was sent. No tracking number has been provided and I am still waiting on this unit to be returned as of today.”
