“I think great product for the times. That said I have two complaints. 1. opening and closing the lid is unnecessarily difficult, a simple thumb notch would solve this problem. 2. Powering on the unit: It is activated by opening and closing the lid, therefore when you are done and take product out it goes through another cycle empty. It seems this can be switched by the button to manual mode but then you have to remember to shut it off. Should just be one button to press and it runs the cycle then shuts off.”
