I use my phone soap Pro several times a day. I have a small Swiss Army knife that I sanitize every time I open a box from UPS. The light on my unit is fidgety. It no longer illuminates the top of the unit. I can tell the unit is working because I can see the light shining through the little hole on the side that is there for your phone cord to pass through. At first the unit would light up as it is supposed to. Then it would no longer illuminate the lid, but I could tell it was working by looking through that little hole. Now I have to touch the top in order to get it to start working. That is annoying. The company offered to have me return it so they could work on it, but in this day and age I would rather keep it close at hand!

I already owned this product before the Coronavirus outbreak. Luckily, I purchased one for each of my adult children at the beginning of March when you still had them available for purchase. We all use it everyday to clean our iPhones.

I received my PS Pro quickly! It works fine, though, truthfully, you have to take it on faith that it works since there is no visible difference on your phone. You have to be careful because the UV lights on the top of the unit are exposed. My PS Pro does a 10-minute cycle rather than the promised 5-minute cycle. I called immediately, and they agreed to send me a replacement PS Pro with the 5-minute timer in it and, in return, I would return my original one. That seemed fair to me. However, after a week and a half and repeated attempts to communicate, they finally sent me a replacement unit: still with the 10-minute timer and without a return label so I could return one of them (which would only be fair). A few weeks later, I noticed one of them would not turn off: close inspection revealed that one of the bulbs was slightly cracked. The customer service team promptly issued me a return label so they can fix/replace it. Of course, all I really want is one unit with a 5-minute timer.

The initial road to getting my PhoneSoap Pro wasn't the smoothest, but it was handled incredibly. I placed my order 3/6/2020 and opted for the standard shipping which was 3-7 business days. Sooner than that time, I received a notification that my unit had shipped and I received my tracking number. I waited and waited, but nothing came and the tracker kept showing it was in Utah, where it originates. I'm all for allowing full processing time, so I waited the whole 7 business days and still nothing. Knowing they were likely busy during this time with everyone wanting to disinfect everything, I waited about another three business days. Every time I checked the tracking ID, it said it was in Utah. At this point, I messaged them via chat to inquire about the status or receive a refund if it was no longer available (it went to email since they weren't available at the time) and they got back to me within a few hours (awesome!). They apologized for the delay and stated they were having issues with some of the USPS orders not leaving the post office. They sent out another unit and upgraded my delivery to next day air free of charge. I received it the next day and have been enjoying it ever since! They even sent a follow-up email to ensure my unit was received. The entire exchange was handled so beautifully and I was quite pleased, impressed and appreciative. Many businesses should take a page out of the PhoneSoap Customer Service playbook. This is my first PhoneSoap unit and I already know if/when that one goes out, I'll purchase another. My sister has used mine and she plans on purchasing her own once they're back in stock. Thank you PhoneSoap Team, you as well as your product are excellent!
