“Like the bigger size. Find myself using it for more than just my phone, i.e. sanitizing my waterpik piks! However, I do prefer the opening in the back on my original phonesoap through which I fed my phone charging cord vs. the new side entry of the pro model, because it inhibits the closure it it is not laying down perfectly. Also opening up the pro is a little more difficult to grasp the top from the bottom. That's all my feedback”
“I have been a loyal customer since Shark Tank. This is my 3rd unit (I use all of them). I feel like there is a flaw in the design on this one as its not easy to open. Its almost like its missing a grove to put your fingers to open it. I have to use both hands to pry this open vs easily lifting the lid with one hand.”

“Great product, have used PhoneSoaps for many years. Enjoy the 5-minute "cook " time of the Pro. One suggestion, I find it difficult to open sometimes, it might be helpful if there was a tab on the upper part to make it easier to open.”
