“Excellent product that appears to be built well, and the cleaning process takes much less time than my previous phone soap. Also, the larger opening allows you to clean larger phones that have beefier cases. My biggest gripe is that it's hard to open as there is no indentation or rough edge to grab onto to open up the top section. You have to stick a thumbnail into the side and try to pry it open. Not a great design is it is difficult to get open. Also, the polished chrome-looking plastic on the inside looks a little cheap considering the cost of this product. I would still highly recommend it, though, as I believe that it is killing those germs.”

“It will not fit a phone with a mophie or charging case on it. Don't want to take my phone out of its charging case every time I want to use it. Hope they come up with one that is large enough to support charging cases on phones.”

I contacted customer service and described the issue. They told me to send it back with the return number they gave me written on the box and they would repair it for us. FREE OF CHARGE !! They repaired our unit and sent it back to us within a few days. It's nice to do business with a company that stands behind and believes in their products. We would definitely recommend PhoneSoap to anyone considering purchasing this item.”
