“It will not fit a phone with a mophie or charging case on it. Don't want to take my phone out of its charging case every time I want to use it. Hope they come up with one that is large enough to support charging cases on phones.”

I contacted customer service and described the issue. They told me to send it back with the return number they gave me written on the box and they would repair it for us. FREE OF CHARGE !!
