“I am glad that I have the PhoneSoap to sanitize my phone. I use it almost everyday. The only issue that I have is: the case is so smooth that it can be difficult to open at times and the light will go on in the process. To solve that problem, I leave it unplugged until the phone is in the case and the lid is closed. Then I plug it in.”

Very glad I made the investment. I feel this device is absolutely required because of the pandemic. I also think the customer service from the company is stellar! I had a problem with my first order and the rep resolved it immediately. I do wish the bay was a little deeper. Also, I much prefer manual operation, so I wish phonesoap wouldn't reset to automatic every time I unplug it. However, these are minor issues. Overall, I think this is a great product which I would happily recommend.”
