“I guess it works ok. There were really no instructions and I can't find any answers. I'm sure the manufacturer thinks it's pretty basic, plug it in and use, but it would be nice to know. Can I buy a longer cord? The one supplied is way too short. Is it ok to leave it plugged in (charging) all the time? When it's not being used a red light on top of the case stays on all the time. What does the red light mean? I saw these same questions in Amazon reviews, but nobody seemed to have found an answer. I can't find these answers on their website either.”
“I was disappointed when the item came it didn't work. I had to wait for a replacement power cord.
Once I received the cord I used it once and now it's just sitting around. The item is bulky and I really don't care for it.”
“Slightly larger than I thought, but sleek and very user friendly. Design is robust, though we treat it delicately when we used it. It takes a few minutes to process the UVC cycle. Plenty of room for my large phone and keys. There is a visual light that indicates when the cycle is complete, only thing missing would be a chime sensor to indicate it's finished the cycle... All siad, it sure gives us peace of mind to own this system, a perfect gift for the endearing ‚Äògermaphob'”
“It works great. It's easy to use. Fits my Samsung S20 Ultra with its case on.
You open the lid and place the item inside. The lighting bolt on the lid lights up to indicate the light is on and working. The light turns off when done. You open the lid, retrieve item and close lid. Upon closing the lid after retrieving the item, the light turns on again. Here's where I wish they could have programed the light to only activate with every other opening of the lid to reduce usage of the light.
It's also great for charging glow-in-the-dark items.”
