We were told just send unit back and they would take care of it at no charge. This is after we had the unit for 3 years! “So I just got it and was excited to try it out. I should have done a little but more research but what I was looking for, I couldn't find. I should have measured my phone with the case to make sure. But unfortunately, a Samsung S20 Ultra with a slim case won't fit, and due to the camera, it won't sit flat on it's back inside, without the case.
So they are right that it will fit the big phones, but without the case. I know they don't claim with the case on. I had just hoped that it would. And the camera placement from the phone, sitting in the product isn't their fault either, so I place my phone screen facing down. I do wish they had incorporated a slow closing lid, as it sometimes slams shut when I'm putting my phone or other things into it.”
