“Unfortunately the PhoneSoap 3 does not fit my phone. Waited almost 2 months for delivery and my LG V60 does not fit inside the sensitizing tray. I do use it for my keys and credit cards but the main reason I purchased this product was to sanitize my phone. Back to using Clorox wipes and damaging my phone.
Also, the lifetime warranty on the light bulbs is pretty much useless since they only turn on when the device is closed. There's no way to tell if a bulb has burnt out. This product still uses incandescent bulbs vs LED's which last longer and are more energy efficient.
After waiting so long for this product, I'm ultimately disappointed. If I could go back in time, I'd order one of their larger products and at least be able to use the product as I intended.”
