“I guess that's my only complaint. I use it several times a week...and, just have to trust it's actually doing what it says...keep in mind, I work in healthcare, so my phone is picking up the baddest of the bad germs...I wash my hands about 30 times/day...but, still....YUCK.”
“Phone soap is very sporadic. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. For example today I tried it and it did not work; checked the connections to make sure it was plugged in tightly on both ends; switched it to different outlets and nothing happened. Finally gave up but left it plugged in and walked away. Came back 10 minutes later and to my surprise the indicator light was on and apparently was working. Have had similar experiences in the time that I have had it so this was not the first time. Open to any suggestions you may have to improve its performance. Thank You.”
“I recently bought the PhoneSoap3 and it has proven to be absolutely horrible. I used it half a dozen times before it started not turning on when I closed the cover. I repeatedly have to plug it in and unplug it before the light comes on. I would not recommend this to anyone. It is very expensive and not worth one red cent. I very rarely ever write reviews but I feel compelled to let people know how horrible of a product this is.”
