“Great concept, but when I plug it in and close the lid it often does not work because the light does not come on. So I need to open and close and/ or unplug and replug several times before the light comes on. Very frustrating and really hoped this was a game changer...Bought three of them and am worried about the other two purchased as gifts.”
“I love my phone soap, its great and they even replaced a broken bulb for me after my kid slammed a hot wheel firetruck in it and broke the glass, they replaced it for me no charge, thank you, one note don't clean it every night faceup on the screen, make sure the phone that its face down, because my phone got sun burned somewhat so don't over do it, as it is a UV lamp its does what its suppose to do. great product.”
“This is larger than the pictures and just a little bulky. It's super easy to use but I wish it had an automatic timer sound when it is clean. It's hard to know for sure if it works because your phone looks no different when you remove it. They include a cleaning wipe but otherwise it still looks as smeared and dirty as when I put it in. Adding more technology would be good, a screen that shows how dirty it was before and what was removed during cleaning. Something so you actually can see that it works. If you trust the process though it's a great thing to have. We gave one to my mother in law who is going through chemo to keep her things as clean as possible. We also bought several for Christmas gifts.”
