Thank you so much for reaching out! We understand your concern, and our team would be happy to help! If you do have any issues with a missing unit, we are happy to look into the issue, open a claim, and offer a replacement or refund for the missing items. Package protection does allow us to more easily replace or refund missing items, but it mostly covers the cost of returns for customers who would decide to return the unit for any reason within the first 30 days. Normally, we ask customers to pay shipping back to us for returns for exchange or refund, but with package protection, those costs are waived and the customer receives a return label free of charge.
