“Plexaderm rapid reduction serum reduces the puffiness & dark circles under my eyes & I use it daily. I am extremely happy with the product as I will be turning 80 this June, I have many compliments on my skin. My only issue is blending the product thin enough without “caking” once it drys. Do you have any suggests. Thank you.”

Hi Judy, Thank you for the 5-star review! We’re thrilled Plexaderm is helping with puffiness and that you’re getting compliments. For blending without “caking,” try applying a very thin, even layer, let it set for 10 mintues. If you are still experiencing caking, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. “I have been using this since they first came out with it and I can’t be without it. I absolutely love how it takes the puffiness out from under my eyes. I also use it on my jaws and on my.V. Can’t say enough about this product! Oh yes, in their customer service is great.”

“The last tube in my three pack did not last but about 3 hours. Customer service sent me a complimentary tube that lasts as advertised. It's not good that by the time i need the last tube, it's efficacy is gone. How about offering- Buy one, get second one at half price?”

“I had high hopes for this product and it works under my eyes on a clean dry face only. It does not work at all after I put on my makeup. The effects completely go away. I followed the instructions to the letter in the attached literature and from the Plexiderm company by phone, waiting at least 30 mins. between putting on Plexiderm and moisturizer and another 30 mins between moisturizer and make up. Even so, the Plexiderm "pills up" under my eyes or where I have put on the Plexiderm. And yes, I do use only a minimal amount. Really disappointed.”

Hi Susan, Thank you for sharing your experience with Plexaderm. We’re truly sorry to hear the Plexaderm didn’t hold up once you applied makeup, and that it pilled despite following the instructions. A few tips that might help: - Make sure the skin is clean and completely dry before application - Use a very small amount (about a pea-sized) and apply in a thin, even layer. - Allow Plexaderm to set for up to 10 minutes with minimal facial movement before applying makeup - If you’re applying makeup, use a light, non-oil-based base to prevent disruption of the film. When using a moisturizer, this should be water based also. You may apply a water-based moisturizer before applying Plexaderm, however, it's best to allow it to completely absorb before applying the Plexaderm serum. “I’ve used Plexaderm since it first came out years ago. It’s an incredible product and I will always use it altho I don’t go thru it very fast. HOWEVER, your text and email ads are driving me crazy and turning me off to your company. So PLEASE cut way back on those, you can send me one when you have some of your most outstanding sales, but I probably won’t need anything for quite some time. So calm it down. Thank you.”
