“Boxes came damaged and printed incorrectly. Customer service would not take responsibility or even respond. Will never order again and would not recommend to anyone.”
“I ordered plain, unprinted boxes. No only did I never receive them, I never received as much as a phone call or an email to inform me of their status beyond the initial shipping date. I waited for 3 weeks only to be disappointed when nothing arrived. When I reached out to file a complaint, they were unable to confirm what happened. They ultimately gave me my money back, but never once offered to meet my needs.”
“I found the online ordering and design very cumbersome with little or no customer assistance in the design phase. I thought I ordered color printing but obviously I did not receive color. The order was placed on 2/7 and the boxes were supposed to ship out in 3-5 business days. I received the FedEx notice on 2/15 that the boxes were indeed shipped on the 5th business day (7 calendar days later). Due to weather issues the boxes arrived on 2/23, 16 days after the order was placed and missing one package. When I asked Brandable Box for assistance, I was told to file a claim with FedEx and given the link to the FedEx page. I needed shipper information to file the claim, but because there is no phone number on the Contact Page for Brandable Box, all correspondence was done via email...once again, very cumbersome. At a cost, all in, at $1.14 per box with Brandable Box versus $0.11 for plain white boxes and $0.30 for full color stickers, I think I will not be choosing Brandable Box again.”
