Our large boxes arrived with a disproportionately stretched logo which did not resemble our company logo graphic standard. It was stretched 3" longer than our logo, which we protect as a small business as a symbol of our quality and care in attention to detail. When this issue was brought to Brandable Box customer service, I was informed this was "within their QA allowances", the boxes would not be re-printed correctly, and we were not offered any additional solutions other than to place a note on our file so future orders would be printed correctly. Even after showing Brandable Box the photo of our stretched logo and explaining the issue more fully, Brandable Box held that they would take no action to replace the order. In the long term I was hoping to continue to use Brandable Box as a vendor for our pre-printed shipping needs for the duration of our existence as a company. As we place a high value on customer service in the event of an error on our end (at Pennsylvania Sawmill company) and work to find helpful solutions, unfortunately I will not continue to purchase from Brandable Box. We really do like the smaller ones with the correct usage of our graphic, but we will be discarding the incorrectly printed larger boxes and will look into finding a new vendor moving forward. We recognize we're a small business, but because we are a small business, our brand identity is even more important to preserve in order to appear competent in the market we operate within. We do not ask for any special treatment except to work toward a solution when an order doesn't go as planned. We make mistakes as well, but when we do, we own it and try to resolve the issue, even if it financially is inconvenient for us. In the long term, Brandable Box has kept the full sale price of our last order and has forfeited any future orders from Pennsylvania Sawmill Company. Thank you for your time.

They are not glued straight and we paid for Brandable to be removed but not the sizes and everything is gone and the help department on the email was not willing to help do anything. This was the second order this happened on and the last. This was the last time we will order from this company. Spend your money else where this is part of a larger company Pratt and seems no one cares.

All the bubble mailers came very blurry and can't really make out the logo. My attached picture looks better than what they actually look like in person.

Unfortunately, we print what is uploaded at this time and do not provide logo file optimization services unless this option is chosen before checkout. your deliver wait time is aweful... and this company dose nothing to make it right for there customers..... poor customer service i rather go to staples or uline

The logo is a lot smaller and light color ink than it appears it will be from the photos. I even paid extra for a proof, which was useless because they don’t send it until after they print it and you can not make adjustments. I will not be purchasing from here again.
