“Package lost in transit, Fed Ex will not reimburse, neither will Brandable Box. Fed Ex indicates they do not accept liability for items shipped. Brandable chooses to ship via Fed Ex, and Fed Ex not accepting liability, so unfairly, I am out the money I paid for my order. Ridiculous.”
“Boxes are cheaply made and super thin!! It’s cost me hundreds of dollars in replacement items from my business even when products were wrapped in bubble wrap and secured the boxes tore and ripped apart during shipment.”
“Horrible experience, my boxes arrived damaged and defective, the logo ink look faded and not properly centered the edges are not professionally cut. I’m very dissatisfied. I would have felt better if this company offered to reprint or something, they pretty much told they see nothing wrong and no refund.
Horrible experience, if you have a professional business and want to give that impression to your customers I do not advise using this company, what they advertise is not what I received. I went on their Facebook page to look at other reviews to see if it was just me who experienced this, and would you believe they’re other victims who state there boxes arrived damaged or defective as well all around the same time I received my order. This isn’t a coincidence. Buyer beware.”
