“Customer service sucks . Boxes came with logo super small and barely noticeable. Called about it and was told basically to live with it. So I’m never buying anything from them again.”
“Hands-down the worst experience with a printing company. The print job was literally all over the place! As in, so crooked they were not salvageable and would be both unprofessional and embarrassing for us to use them to serve our customers. Not a single bundle had consistent printing and one bundle wasn’t even mine!!! It had another company logo on it! The custom service was worse then the drunken print job though...and I didn’t think it was possible to top that. They barely offered a refund of 50%! I was even open to a reprint because I NEED boxes—that was the point of ordering! Bad printing, bad service. Save your money and go elsewhere.”
“The boxes that were delivered appeared totally different that what I thought I ordered. You can barely see my logo. There were no exact measurements of the logo listed on the website, therefore the assumption was the logo would be a pretty decent size.”
“I did not get my boxes I ordered and I had to send three emails to get a refund. My cousin owns a company called PetSupps so I will give it another shot. As of now, very disappointed.”
