I placed my first order with BB on 9/19/2020, and it shipped 9/30/2020, no prob. Received my order a month later on 10/31/2020 BIG PROBLEM! My order got sent to the wrong location two times. Even After I spoke with customer service, they sent it to the wrong address again! Totally unacceptable, and disappointing.

I emailed about a refund because my logo was very dim and could barely be seen on the box . They also sent me someone else's boxes. I asked to compromise and be sent a new box with a better logo and was still told no. No one that I could speak to higher up to get a better understanding on anything. Won't be using this service again, as well as letting others know.

Dealing with your company was the most blatant disrespect of my time that I have ever encountered. After about two weeks, a shipping label was printed and sat “waiting for pickup” for over a month without my boxes ever being printed (I assume). I understand times are difficult right now but blaming FedEx loses weight after attempt 2 and 3. I finally get something but the generic email response, 6-7 weeks after paying for my order, to be told, my boxes were lost, I’m getting my money back and to have a great day. If I’m wrong and they were printed and find their way back to your warehouse, I’m happy to pay for them and edit my review. If anyone reads or cares about this review, I’m happy to share my email threads. As a new business owner and those boxes being one of my mechanisms to create first impressions, it was a real shame how everything was handled. Cameron

We placed an order on 8.29.20. It was received a few weeks later. It had 4 packs of boxes shrink wrapped and bound together. We opened one and were delighted to see it had our logo on all 4 sides, exactly as we had ordered. Yesterday, 10/13, less than 30 days since we’ve had the boxes, we opened up a new pack from the same order to find that it was only printed on 2 of the 4 sides. I immediately opened all of the packs and the rest were fine. I took a picture, emailed it to Brandable (since you can’t call them), and assumed the one pack of 25 out of the 100 boxes we ordered would’ve replaced with no issue. I was told by customer service all they would do was refund me the $5 customization. I explained that this was not acceptable, that we ordered and paid for all 4 sides to be printed, that the boxes are not professional looking with only 2 sides printed and they were not usable. I needed them replaced. Again, I was told there was nothing they could do. They then went on to tell me it was because we were “so far outside” of the 30 day return policy even though we had not had the boxes for more than 30 day. It appears this policy begins from the date you place the order so if you read other reviews you will see there is often a very long delay in delivery. Apparently, this delay impacts your ability to return defective items since the start the 30 days from the day you place the order. If you’re searching high and low for a phone number to call this company, I found the phone number to their general manager, called him directly and left a voicemail but have not received any sort of follow up. I have emailed customer service again to just let them know to refund me at the very least, the customization fee and unfortunately I have to look elsewhere for my boxes. As the owner of a small business, this is just horrible Customer Service and feels like his business is a scam.

The ink for your logo is navy blue and shows up fine. I picked 5 colors and not even the dark purple showed up enough to read the logo. I wrote you a letter about it and go no answer. The white boxes would have been fine and printing me one order to make up for the 500 boxes I ordered that were awful would have been nice. I am very disappointed. Good thing you have a lot of competition now. I'll go elsewhere. You customer service was horrible.
