“Pizza boxes themselves are nice. The printing was not so good. The ink coverage was poor. Not a saturated color for 100% Y and 100%M—red build. Color should have been much more vibrant/rich even on the uncoated cardboard stock. Also there were digital glitches in the artwork from the printer/printing. If the imperfections/errors didn't come from the printing process then they came from the art tool to build the file. The submitted art did not have errors in it. In addition the shipping method was subpar—my boxes where shipped in a plastic wrapping. When they arrived there were tears through the plastic to the boxes and dents/gouges into my pizza boxes.”
“My boxes were damaged during shipping and this company only cares about filing a FedEx claim so they can get money. They haven’t responded to my inquiries about what they’re going to do to rectify my (their customers) problem. At this point I must conclude that I’m out 25 boxes and my money. Do not use this company.”
“I received my boxes and was not happy to see so many blotchy ink marks and black streaks on a white box. There were also random purple dots on my white boxes, which are supposed to be mostly white with my logo. Out of a batch of 25, many of the boxes will be unusable for my customers. Also even though I followed directions to place images, my logos were incredibly grainy on the box. It is unfortunate that you cannot get a sample mailed to see these issues before paying for a bundle on unusable boxes.”
“Boxes arrived a different color than requested. The boxes were also all cracked or made poorly. I took pictures of how some boxes were made very poorly.”
“I ordered a black box and received a light grey box with inconsistent printing throughout. The quality is far too inferior and not worth spending any money on. The customer service and response to the quality and printing issue went completely unanswered.
