“The quality is the worst I have seen and could be better printed on a home printer. I used the highest quality image but their printer failed to capture the color and the images were printed pixilated and blurry around the image. To add insult to the poor quality they refused my request for a refund. I would not recommend and I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for a refund. I had to pay twice as I had to use a different vendor as Pratt refused to make this right.”

“I can understand when a delay occurs with shipping, but what I did not like is no matter how many times I reached out there was no concern just simply someone copying and pasting the tracking info which I could see. It’s been several weeks and I STILL don’t have my order”
“Boxes do not line up to close and Brandable Boxes will not do anything to fix the issue because I received the product in the first week in November. At that time I did not have any client sales with that size box. The boxes will not flush or close properly.”
