“I sell custom pizza boxes to my customers. Unfortunately, my most recent order was exceptionally poor quality. I did not catch the quality until it was too late. Many of my customers were unhappy and requested refunds. I tried to get replacements for the poor quality of the boxes sent to me, but they just tried to fix the situation with a coupon. With all the returns and negative feedback I got, I almost lost me business. I would hope that they start quality checking boxes before shipping them out.”

The color on the final printing does not look like the online mock-up.
The color is almost translucent, and we cannot use the boxes as intended for our Arthritis Gift Box product. Also, fulfillment and delivery are slower than advertised online in your Facebook ads.
We ended up buying boxes last minute on Amazon, and branding them with stickers and branded tape.
Total waste of money for us. Will not be using you again.”
“I was a bit disappointed when I saw the product. The color is way more faded than it looks in the picture or during my design prior to ordering. My logo is also slightly unaligned all throughout the middle, which was a flaw in their printing machine I guess. I have supplied the same logo to other vendors for custom apparel, 10ftx10ft tent, etc and logo always came out perfect. Will be checking out other companies for my pizza boxes.”
“We had issues with our order with the quality of the ink and sent two emails within a week and have received no response!! Colors are very faded and there are print streak marks within the print. The print also did not match the layout of the design we were shown online and the ink and the siding didn't even match up.
The fact that nobody has reached out to assist our to emails also has not made us happy. We specifically chose your company because of the reviews and the quality we had seen in some images. The company I work for wanted to see what these were going to come out like so we can use you for our future ordering for multiple locations.
We are not happy with the quality and the customer service of our order. I would like someone to reach out, maybe i will get a response from the mass email you sent our requesting us to rate your order.
