“Printing looks like garbage. Clearly printed on a CMYK printer that needed to have it's heads realigned. Company rep even admitted in an email that they were running all jobs AFTER mine through a different printer while the one they used for mine was broken and being serviced. To make up for the garbage quality, I was offered a TEN PERCENT DISCOUNT ON A FUTURE ORDER. Absolutely insane. I run my own business and I would be ashamed if this sort of quality left my shop and, in the off chance it did, I would bend over backward to make it up to the customer! Quality control is in the toilet. Avoid like the plague!”
“It was not what we expected, what we received was paper bubble mailers not plastic as it should be.
This cannot be use for shipping since it rips apart and the merchandise can get damage with water or any liquids during the shipping process”
“Ordered 2000 pizza boxes and specified we needed to receive them packaged in bundles of 25, as they have delivered every other time with smaller orders. Specified 3x in email with rep. Guaranteed product would be shipped as it had been in the past. Received 2000 loose units which are now ruined because they are unmanageable and had to be stored outside (Hence demanding the wrapping). Customer service has refused to help or acknowledge the mistake other than "Im sorry we cant accominate that request". Would have been nice to know that what we wanted was unavailable before we ordered instead of being promised. Bait and switch. Wasted $3000. Never using this company again.”
