Quality of the prints are horrific if you use color. The rep tried to convince me it was my logo but it Indeed was their print quality. I printed the same logo through this company again and it was no problem with using BLACK ONLY ink. I would not recommend this company for colored prints as they do a horrible job.

Can I give this no star? The boxes and envelopes looked horrible!!! Logo was terrible… uploaded a high res image, received the blurriest product ever. I would be embarrassed if I sent these out. I emailed customer care two times with images and not one email back.

VERY MUCH DISLIKED. The print on the boxes were so small that even with the microscope it will hardly be visible. This print supposed to be regular size. This regular size on their website is large enough covering 3/4 size of the size of the box. But this is meant to be deceiving cause when it will prints your info on the box it becomes microscopic size.

First order was great. Ordered again and all my boxes came out with terrible image quality and an un-scannable qr code. I provided images of my previous order along with images of my most recent order as proof of bad quality to "Customer Service" who proceeded to hop and skip around the issue for days and saw no issue.

If you want to have a logo someone can see, the price of the box goes up over 100%. If you want a box WITHOUT the brandable logo, that’s ANOTHER. 100% price increase. The logo I got could’ve been done with a $15 stamp. Total waste of money.

Everything about the experience was completely disappointing. I order 3 sizes of boxes for samples for my business. The first bundle of boxes showed up right away and I was so excited about it. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing about the experience. The second bundle of boxes said they were shipped out but weren't, and the part of my order was shipped weeks after the order (so much for fast turnaround as stated on your site). When I asked customer service, they said my package may have been lost with Fedex and that the other part of my order would be completed by the end of the week. The following week I reached out and asked for a refund on the partial order if they couldn't give me an update and was told the boxes would ship soon. The third time I reached out I asked outright for a refund for the products that showed as both not completed or shipped and the email was completely ignored for 1.5 weeks until everything was delivered, then instead of apologizing for the extremely delayed shipping time and the poor customer service, I was told I couldn't get a refund because my order was delivered. Really? As a business owner I would never do business with you guys again. I can understand shipping delays and honestly I'm not thrilled with the thickness of the boxes (but honestly for the price what can you expect?) but I absolutely can not ignore the lack of caring for the situation with your customer service or the lack of communicating when you say something is going to be done and I have to follow up, for example when I'm told my order will be shipped by the end of the week and I am the one having to ask the following week what is going on). I could and would have been a loyal customer for both of my businesses if customer service had actually acted like customer service.
