“Second order and second time it took over 2 weeks to be delivered plus the arrival date said July 29 & then on the 28th it changed to Aug 2! Then it didn’t arrive in the 2nd! This is the worse company ever! Do u guys realize that I can’t ship off my orders with out my boxes? This company is trash you guys should quit because your never going to be successful because you can’t even deliver a order in a timely fashion! Oh wait this is when your going to try to blame Covid! I’m going on a trust pilot to leave a scathing review that will pop up whenever your company is searched”
“I was very excited to have found this company. Until my boxes arrived with the wrong URL website on both orders. I've had a very hard time getting any help with this. Other than this I would have loved them.”
“I was pretty excited to see Brandablebox offering mailers at a competitive price but was spectacularly let down when I received them. A custom design should be on the back of the mailer - not the front where a shipping label should go. And maybe this is partially my fault, but we submitted the same artwork we used for custom boxes for some sample mailers and it simply didn't look good. The additional fee for a digital proof when competing companies allow you to lay out the artwork before you submit your order just makes it seem as if brandablebox has more of an interest in tacking on fees to every order versus producing something that would bring back repeat business.”

“Label created on Monday June 28. Wasn’t actually shipped until Friday July 2 from Georgia. I live in South Carolina. Was originally scheduled for delivery today and now it’s going to be Tuesday July 6. Don’t care about the amount of days from actual shipping to delivery. Just don’t create the label on a Monday and then it takes 4-5 days to actually ship. Also, FedEx is awful. May want to rethink who you use bc they decide when they want to deliver as they are independent contractors. I’m in the business of fulfilling orders as well so I get it but dag, this is not efficient or timely.”
“My logo is very small. They didn't even make an attempt to blow up or drop my logo to fit the area. I asked them could I at least get sent some blank labels or tape to get it covered up and they said they can't help me or reimburse me in anyway. I've ordered other items from many companies and never had to state the obvious like removing the background. I cannot use these boxes like this. The boxes are in great shape. As far as the logo, I wouldn't get it with this company. You also do not recieve any proofing of the final product so be careful.”
