“Our little company ordered some boxes the first order came okay. The second order was a disaster and they refused to let us return them even though it was clearly their fault. The logo and website address was not centered the same which looked awful. The size of our social media was so tiny you couldn't really read it and their branding was on the box which we paid extra for to have it removed. Needless to say, we won't be purchasing from them any longer.”
“First order from this company spot on, second order horrible! The box had a blemish on it right underneath the URL which looked like a black blob, also cut so haphazardly I would need extra tape if I used it. The order went in the trash. Brandable Box’s response was flippant, and showed lack of accountability for their mistake.”

Received gray logo with low-quality printing. My old canon printer could’ve print better than that.”
“Boxes arrived bent and unable to stay in place. Also, my logo was pixelated. I contacted customer service and they advised that it’s my fault due to the upload! Why print the image of the upload isn’t correct? I’ve emailed customer service several time.. still no response. I’m stuck with boxes that I can’t use.”
“The box is the right size and good for shipping but nothing else was correct, i ordered boxes with two opposing sides with text and images, the boxes arrived only one side printed, then also my image was so small on the box that you couldn't even read what it said, i basically just paid for regular brown boxes. I wish they would have let me know somehow just how small my image would be once printed. MY logo is just a black smudge on the package and totally useless. I just use the boxes as shipping boxes and use a stick on label.”
