Soft Night Guard - Light Grinding or Clenching Reviews

4.9 Rating 109 Reviews
I've been a tooth grinder for probably a good 20 years and I've known it was a problem for a long time and I've never been able to get one of these that actually is comfortable that I'll keep in my mouth all night. And finally, I tried this one and here it is. Here you can see it's very flexible. My friend got one through the dentist and she was jealous at how flexible mine was, it's really soft. I have no problem using this all night and it was affordable, reasonably compared to what other people have ordered through dentists, and ordering online was really easy. They let me know as soon as my kit was coming out, you get instructions on how to make the molds and then you mail it back, it was really easy and they notified me through the whole process. They were really quick, really helpful. So I would definitely recommend!

I ended up spending $500 on a hard mouth guard, which I found to be very bulky and I could not sleep comfortably with it in. So it was a total waste of my money. I went to another dentist who offered a soft mouth guard, but they also were going to charge $500 without insurance and I was very skeptical at that point. So I took to the internet, found Pro Teeth Guard and I am so stoked because they make the soft mouth guards for fifth of the price. It was super easy. They mailed me instructions with the molds, which I took at home, mailed them back off, and my custom mouth guard came in the mail soon thereafter. So here it is. I've been using it for a couple of months now I sleep well with it. I actually forget it's in even in the morning sometimes when I wake up. My teeth have been able to maintain their integrity with them. My jaw actually doesn't hurt as much too. So I just, I so completely recommend them, try them out!

I have had issues with teeth grinding for a little while now and I've been looking for solutions to help me protect my teeth at night and I've tried a couple different things. I started with one of the teeth guards made by my dentist. I found it very uncomfortable to sleep in and it just didn't work for me. I couldn't fall asleep or stay asleep with it in my mouth. And then I tried the opposite end of the spectrum, getting one of the cheap boil and mold versions of that from a local store and that was much easier to sleep in, but they ended up hurting my gums. I woke up with a sore mouth. So I found Pro Teeth Guard and that is what I have been using for the past two weeks or so. I got the most softest version because I was so worried about comfort and being able to sleep in it, and so far so good. It fits well, it is comfortable, I have no issues falling asleep with it in. I wake up and my mouth isn't sore. My gums are fine. So like all the problems that I was having with the other teeth guards, I'm not experiencing with this. So I'm really happy about that.

I had a great experience ordering my first night guard from Pro Teeth Guard after my dentist told me that I grind my teeth at night. I appreciated that I could send in a photo of my impressions to the dental technicians and redo them before I sent them in to have the guard made. Very comfortable fit every night!

The one that they sent me seems to fit super well. It just goes in the bottom set of the teeth there and it fits fantastic, so now I can sleep. When I go to sleep, I don't really have the problems that I had before, where I would wake up and I'd feel like the edges of my teeth were almost aching because of how much I was grinding them overnight. And so wearing this, I can totally see the difference.

I did a lot of research before I went with this company. I was told by my dentist that I clench at night and don’t have much enamel left on the top surface of my teeth. He suggested I get a night guard. It was to be $600. So I looked online. Pro guard wasn’t the cheapest, but it was rated the most comfortable. I didn’t want to spend $200 and not be able to wear the night guard I ordered, so I thought that was important. We are in Canada and the whole process took 8 weeks, but I don’t blame the company for that. That’s the nature of shipping. Just be prepared. We also ordered one for my husband who has worn a night guard for years. Taking the molds was simple with great instructions… be sure to watch the video first. Lots of gagging and drool involved. I had to ease my way into wearing mine as it felt so strange and I kept gagging with in and a lot of saliva. But after a week of wearing it for longer each night, it was awesome. It’s been three weeks now and it is so comfortable and fits well. I’m extremely pleased. My husband says it fits and feels exactly like the $600 from the dentist.
