“I've been a tooth grinder for probably a good 20 years and I've known it was a problem for a long time and I've never been able to get one of these that actually is comfortable that I'll keep in my mouth all night. And finally, I tried this one and here it is. Here you can see it's very flexible. My friend got one through the dentist and she was jealous at how flexible mine was, it's really soft. “I have had issues with teeth grinding for a little while now and I've been looking for solutions to help me protect my teeth at night and I've tried a couple different things. “I did a lot of research before I went with this company. I was told by my dentist that I clench at night and don’t have much enamel left on the top surface of my teeth. He suggested I get a night guard. It was to be $600. So I looked online. Pro guard wasn’t the cheapest, but it was rated the most comfortable. We are in Canada and the whole process took 8 weeks, but I don’t blame the company for that. That’s the nature of shipping. Just be prepared.
