“M/V Evolution may have been born as a fishing boat but she is now an elegant yacht In the fullest sense. Her crew keeps her in immaculate shipshape, and does it invisibly. As guests we lacked for nothing, comfortable cabins, fantastic mattresses, we always had hot water, towels, lovely bath products. There are restrictions traveling in the Galapagos, but our directives were always clear and concise. The naturalists, Alex, Christina and Roberto, shared a limitless knowledge of the islands, and at the same time constantly looked out for our safety, both on the rocky trails and in the water. I need to add, do not come aboard expecting to diet. The chef produces gourmet meals, beautifully presented, followed by irresistible desserts. In sum, I give the vessel and all who tend to her and her guests five stars. This is truly the right way to visit the Galapagos, and this is the only way I would do it again. Thank you to all who took such good care when we were aboard!”

“The entire crew of the Evolution was outstanding: from the most beautiful and exquisite meals, Cesare’s bartending skills, the care taken to details( a surprise guest on the bed or bathroom.) Each and every person was courteous, respectful and so kind. An unforgettable experience!”

“Everything about our trip was outstanding - our accommodations, the camaraderie, our fabulous naturalist guides, the food and beverages and attentive staff. Each day was filled with wonder and surprises. Thank you for all you did to make this a trip of a lifetime.”

“Posh no but very clean and comfortable. Not one had a complaint; rather they were pleased. While my husband and I did not take photos the rest of the family took dozens and will make a book for us.”

“Not only did the yacht have comfortable living quarters, it also had nice "other spaces". There were open air spaces to enjoy conversation and drinks as well as a spacious indoor area to hear a lecture or watch a video or just converse. Lest I forget, a library, a hottub and a very popular Cappucino machine were onboard.”

“Impeccable friendly service; fantastic and delicious meals served; The crew was always there to lend a helping hand no matter what. I had the soles of my sandals break off during a hike and Junior came up to bat and put them back together again! Every time we left our cabins, the bed was made, the trash was emptied, and there were cute sculptures made with our towels. The rooms were always meticulously cared for throughout the day. The rooms were spacious and inviting. The captain made the extra effort and went out of his way completely to take us to watch the lava flow from the newly erupted volcano on Isabela island. But what made the Evolution most special was the crew and staff. Kudos!”
