Their people are a pleasure to deal with and they go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. While the product is not inexpensive, you get what you pay for. If you want Mr. Coffee coffee, order a Mr. Coffee. If you want exceptional pour over quality coffee and high design, invest in a Ratio. That's my opinion, for whatever its worth.”
