“I wanted to love this machine more than I do. My husband is all complaints but while I love the look of my Ratio functionality is just not what I was hoping. The glass carafe just falls short and doesn’t keep our coffee at all. Since it also has a rubber bottom I can’t heat it on the stove or heat element like my Chemex. I wanted the thermal but black was not available so I thought I’d upgrade later but really wish I would have just waited. It’s really expensive for what you actually get because I love my coffee and need it to be hot without having to reheat it in the microwave.”
