“I was hungry even though it was 1300 calories a day. I have foods I eat for 1100 calories a day and I am never hungry. I did not lose any weight. It was way too much sugar intake for me. I couldn't even drink the carrot because it tasted like orange juice and ginger. The protein ones were ok. Too much cinnamon in the vanilla cashew. The peanut butter is a stretch on the title. Peanutty but not peanut butter. I thought it was a waste of money and three days. On a positive note I do like the sweet greens which is good because I ordered 30 of those too!”
