I ordered more, just to have a bottle or two a day going forward as a quick and easy way to get more fruits & veggies into my daily diet. I supplemented my cleanse with raw vegetables during the day and a salad one night, but in general I was feeling good since you can have a juice every two hours and the protein helps keep you feeling strong. “We selected the protein cleanse so that we could still workout. Neither my husband or I found this to be true. I was only able to finish 3 mi of 4.5; my husband was only able to finish 4 mi of 6...and, only on 1 day.
The vanilla cashew, cacao hemp, & peanut butter were very good. The others were ok, but I had to eat them partially frozen to get them down due to nausea. We normally eat vegan or vegetarian with occasional eggs & cheese & consume lots of fruits & vegetables.”
“All the flavors tasted great! Did find myself feeling hungry sometimes, but I just tried to not drink the whole 12oz right after I opened it which helped. Took time to really enjoy the flavors and allowed them to make me feel satisfied. I also wrote times on top of the bottles to help me keep track of when I should drink another, helped on my more busy days. I got the cleanse with protein and realized on day two that they all had different protein values so I made sure that for breakfast, lunch and dinner time I was drinking a cleanse that had more protein versus the others. That helped curve some feeling of hunger.”
