“Received the wrong item, have emailed 3 times about fixing with zero response. I cannot open and use any of my order until I hear back and find out what customer service would like me to do in regards to sending back the incorrect item to get the correct one.
I have not been able to open or use any of the items from my latest order because I received one item I did not order and was missing another. It has been two weeks and three emails and I have yet to get a response. I do not want to open or use what I received until I have communication regarding how to proceed and fix the issue with my order. I am very disappointed with the customer service as I have made several orders over the years and never had a problem but now that I know when a problem occurs it will be radio silence I have lost my high regard for this company.”
