“I love the blanket itself but it was delivered with a bunch of pulls in the fabric. I called sand cloud and they said to cut the pulls. I would be cutting everyday! For 170$ it should not do this!”

“I really enjoyed my items I ordered but my only issue as I had with my last order was with the carrier that you’re using. My last delivery was left out in the open about 20 feet or so away from my front door but fortunately it was a nice day but with this recent delivery it was left a bit closer but not quite under the cover of our roof and it started raining and got most of my items wet if not soaked because the package had been ripped in a few places in transit. Loved my patriotic purchases but just not the delivery of them and tried to make a complaint through the carrier and didn’t feel as though I was heard.”
“I purchased the pinstripe party blanket and four more towels that were all red white and blue and patriotic but as I mentioned in my last review the items were great my only issue is with the carrier that is used to deliver my last two purchases. “Sand cloud must have issues with small towels. This is my first order and I ordered asset of two very different types of bath towel. The towels were fine. However, both sets of hand towels had issues. The Adam hand towel him was coming apart the loops were not sewn down, and the strings were hanging off. Customer service offered to give me a credit for the hand towel. However, I do need two hand towels in my bathroom. So I am going to exchange them as soon as customer service tells me how.”

“Beautiful looking towels. However, these shed EVERYWHERE. We have washed them 3 times and still leaves trail of small black fibers. This has improved with washing them consecutive times and direction from the company to soak in a tub overnight and air dry. I was able to chat with them on the website, and they issued a refund of $29 off a 90$ purchase. Maybe with soaking these overnight and air drying, they will stop shedding. they are out in the sun now. I still prefer the Target towels we had before. I have not had to do this much maintenance on a towel... ever. I would not buy these again.”
