“Purchased two different sizable orders of the polkadot towels in multiple towels sizes, and had a problem with the towels, creating significant lint/fuzz (even after multiple washes) and not drying our skin completely. Reached out on multiple platforms to the company for troubleshooting, and after not receiving any response, tried to initiate a return of the orders. The online portal for returns is a nightmare, and I reached out directly with customer service through emails for a speedier process, but still have yet to hear anything. I liked their other towel products, but these were not as promised. And I am still trying to find a way to return them before the 30 day return window is closed.”

“The shipping and packing for these items was great. I love the texture and colors on these great polka dot towels. My bathroom is very beige and brown and this brings a splash of color and fun to the space. The towels are very soft, absorbent, and bigger than average! I added matching hand towels and washcloths to my new bath towels and I am very happy with my purchase :)”

“The towels are initially very soft and a great size. But after washing and drying (following the manufacturer’s instructions) they have a large amount of lint that covers your body. This does not go away with multiple washes. Very disappointing with the amount of money spent on them.”

“Horrible customer service. It takes almost two weeks for a response from the company. The towels seem comfy but I ended up giving them to someone else because the company never responded to me.”

“I was disappointed that these towels created a TON of lint when washing them. I'm not sure how many washes it will take (I've currently only washed them twice), but I will be washing them by themselves for a while. These towels are very soft and comfy, however they do not dry you off very well. You have to push and drag the towel across the skin to semi-dry verses a traditional towel that you can just wrap yourself up in and it absorbs the water. I flip my hair over and put it up the in the towel for a few mintues and it's still dripping when I take it off. I'm going to keep trying them and hope that they get better with each wash. I am very happy with the matching washcloths.
UPDATE: I've washed the towels six times now and while they're still putting off lint, I do love how soft, fluffy and comfy they are. I would buy again, but would dedicate time to washing them by themselves for at least 6 washes (by themselves) before using them.”
