“Terrible. Item was never delivered. I have sent two emails and called and left a voicemail and no one got back to me. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced!”

“I received the wrong color (orange / yellow) but was headed out of town and kept it. It’s really well made, comfy, and really handy to throw on when you need a cover up.”
“I love it. I wouldn't mind if it was a couple of inches longer. Don't want to flash the kids when I bend over to pick stuff up. Nice amount of room inside. The arm openings are easily big enough to get your arms in and out.”
“The poncho is a heavy weight cotton and I can't see using it on a hot sunny beach. It also folds bulky, so would take up a lot of space in my beach bag.
I will probably use it at hotel or resort pools when I don't want to be plodding around wearing just a bathing suit. I might also use it in the fall when sitting around the fire pit.
After washing I found lots of loose threads, that I hope are just sloppy snipping after sewing and not actual seams coming undone.”
