I purchased this in 6/16/2020. 2 weeks ago. I was charged and everything. Received email confirmation about this order. Today is 6/30/20 and I have not received my order, nor have I received my email with shipping and tracking information. I have tried multiple times to contact someone with no success.

Not great...ordered for my daughters birthday 4 weeks ahead of time, was in stock when I ordered it and now website asking for a review of something I haven't received and looks like it won't ship until a month after her birthday. Very disappointed in the service, haven't received a response back via email, also not happy with the fact you can't contact by phone.

I ordered this with a bedding set and have still yet to receive the towel, but was charged for it. I was looking forward to using it at the lake/ocean. But I am unsure why It did not show up with my comforter set since I ordered them at the same time over a month ago.

I received an email asking for a review regarding the item I got, I haven’t even get the item yet. I made the purchase on 05/08/2020, and I haven’t received any updates on the status of the order. I ask them on the comment section on Instagram how much does it take to get your order, and no one answered. I also tried DM, still nothing.

I purchased this towel on May 25th as a gift. When I placed the order, it said the towel would ship on June 19th. As of today, still no word on when my order will ship. When looking at the website now, the shipping date says August 3rd - but does that mean that those of us who purchased this towel back in May still won’t have the towel shipped until August? If that’s the case, the least they could do is provide me with email updates notifying me of delays and providing me with options of how to proceed with my order. I’ve reached out to customer service twice this week to inquire about my order - with no response. At this point I almost want to cancel my order or choose another towel that’s actually in stock to be shipped in it’s place. But with a lack of customer service, I don’t even know if those are options. Right now it feels as though they took my money and ran.

I ordered this towel on May 25th as a birthday present for someone. At the time, the website said pre-order shipping out June 19th. As of today, I haven’t heard anything about my order. I’ve even reached out twice this week to customer service to see when the towel will be shipped - with no response. The website now says pre-order with shipping on August 3. But does that mean for everyone who has preordered the towel? Even those of us who submitted our orders back in May? If that’s the case, it’s ridiculous. As a customer, I would at least appreciate email communications notifying me about the delays, along with a definitive date for when I should expect the towel to ship. At this point, I’m thinking I’d either like to cancel my order all-together, or be able to switch the towel to one that’s actually in stock. But considering customer service isn’t getting back to me, I don’t know if I have that option. Right now feeling like they took my money and ran. And as another customer mentioned below - the website won’t allow me to submit a one star review.
